With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I find it appropriate to let you all in on what I am most thankful for this season.
While I am thankful for these things year round, this season just brings it out in you.
While the list could go on and on about what I am thankful for.. I will stick to my top 5.
First, I am thankful for weddings. They keep my weekends filled with love, laughter, and really good food. Shout out to all of you brides – you’re a real one for keeping me well fed.
Seeing the way family and friends join together to celebrate their most favorite people makes my job so much more worth the long the hours. So, to all my past bride and grooms – I am thankful for you.
Next, I am thankful for the sweet sweet babies I get to take the most precious pictures of. Seriously – their chubby cheeks and warm embraces NEVER get old.
I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to capture the most precious of moments. So, to all my past precious babes & their families – I am thankful for you.
Seniors – you guys make my job fun. You accomplish so much in 18 years and have a story to tell. Thank you for allowing me to tell your story. Go do great things.
You all hold a special place in my heart. I love watching all you accomplish knowing that for a split second I got to witness and capture your greatness. So, to all my past seniors – I am thankful for you.
On to families, you guys let me in. You invite me to see just how you guys operate. You allow me to see the good and the bad. The family that turned into family. The love that shines through every picture.
Families are a place to feel safe, loved, and appreciated. Thank you for letting me be apart of that safe zone for even just an hour. So, to my past families – I am thankful for you.
Speaking of families, I could not write what I am most thankful for without mentioning the one thing I am MOST thankful for… MY Family. My Rock. My Entire World.
You all love me without a shadow of doubt and cheer me on like no ones business. I am forever grateful for all 4 of you, and could not imagine life without you. So, to my family – I am 150% thankful for you.
What are you thankful for in this season?
With love & warmth,
