Hotel Vandivort can accommodate a larger wedding with the Ballroom, but my experience here has been with smaller, more intimate ceremonies and receptions. The venue is a wonderful backdrop to a simple, intimate wedding.

Of course I love all weddings, but there is a completely different feel to a wedding that is more on the intimate side. No bridesmaids and no groomsmen, but a great party. Because they are dialed back, I get the chance to reflect on what I love about each and every wedding I shoot: the privilege of capturing one of the greatest moments of a couple’s life.

Witnessing the individual personalities of the bride and the groom. Then seeing them merge together in celebration. Admiring the creative and carefully chosen details by each couple in their venue, flowers, dress, and so much more. Weddings -for me- are about so much more than just showing up and taking pictures.
