Listen – Giving birth is HARD.

Not just hard, but HARD HARD. It requires every ounce of you to be fully present. It is also beautiful.

With that being said, I am always always always going to be the first person to tell you to book a session WHILE you are giving birth.

Here are the reasons why:

1. You are doing on the hardest tasks one human can possibly do. Why not have it photographed?

2. Sure – do you feel your most beautiful the entire time? no – but I promise you are! You are bringing human life into this world – OF COURSE YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.

3. You may not think so at this time, but you will want to remember every moment of this amazing journey! Trust me.

4. Someday, your kids are going to ask you about you giving birth to them. Tell them a story AND show them pictures. It is a win win.
